There's a good reason for that. Most people on here can spot a scam a mile away and this certainly looks like another one .

This one in particular is pretty obvious its either a scam or goods are being obtained by a dishonest method. For starters Apple dont give 20-40% discount to anyone, not even their re-sellers. Secondly he's being vague about using escrow which is always another bad sign.
