post it in scam accusations .....and mention your thread link in the post so that everyone can see it as a proof...

You can put a feedback on the account that user defaulted on a non-collateral loan for now.
JosIzem have another loan prior to the loan you approved so most likely he is prioritizing the first loan to be paid then you.  

EDIT: looks like the other loan from whywefight also defaulted. Due date was 10.22.2015

Nope he doesn't. You should research about people you loan to, if you did so you would have noticed that he already had a pending loan from whywefight. Well sorry for your (probable) loss, but at least he won't scam other people as Vod already has given him a negative feedback.

I think maybe you to fast sound the alarm, if you check his history, he always repay of the several extension,(some for me), but now after avalanche -ve, it has no incentive to repay. This is only my Considerations, not necessarily true...

Try virwox I'm sure OP will understand if you provide him with a transaction ID for virwox, although you also have defaulted on another loan from whywefight. You should be communicative though.
