It was really a super game between renegades and strikers,
first batting strikers scored very good 170 , and in chase gayle storm stuck with 56 runs in 17 balls but other batsman did not supported and all collapsed for 143 all out in 15.3 overs, its like they were playing to win or lose the game in 15.5 overs.
congrats Stickers on winning the match.
so now Sydney Thunders are in Semi Final for the first time in BBL History

So today stickers won back even after the gayle storm other batsman were not able to perform well,
now comes the semi final matches,
1st Semi-Final: Strikers v Syd Thunder at Adelaide on Jan 21, 2016
2nd Semi-Final: Melb Stars v Scorchers at Melbourne on Jan 22, 2016
in the first semi final strikers have a small edge of home ground and record of winning in home ground so let us see.

The biggest mistake renegades batsman did was they couldn't hold their wickets. Gayle was firing from one end, all they had to do was to give him company, take a single and give him strike and he would have done it but they kept losing wickets from the other end and it must have disturbed him. If they had kept the wickets, Gayle would have finished this before 15 overs, which was needed for them to qualify for semis. But good for me as I had the Strikers in the Parlay and I won that.  |

What do you guys thin for the BBL winner, I am not sure which team to go with, but I think if Perth can held their nerves and play good cricket at least to their potential, then easy win on cards.

Sydney Thunder is not a weak team in today match will play with its full strength and try to win this match because Michael Hussey leading well his team into right direction to the trophy so that i feel it will be much for Adelaide Strikers to take advantage of home ground.

After the 3 wickets down in 6 overs and in between hitting and wickets going last over 17 runs will cost high for Thunder, Adelaide Strikers scored 159 in 20 overs which is defend-able now everything is on strikers bowling how they bowl, todays key bowlers will be putland and rashid . rashid has shown a good batting by hitting 2 four and 1 six scoring 14runs in 3 bowl, now if he bowls well and strickers won then i think he would be the man of the match in todays game. |

Adelaide is on winning track and has won 5 consecutive matches.I don't think this is not good score a total of 159.Sydney Thunder has received two main players back but is not keeping its spirit even has won last match.I will still say Adelaide is in better position than Thunder.

I Also think Sydney Thunder has more better chance to win this match it has good in form batsmen which can make score runs faster and get it into strong position and Adelaide Strikers has to show good bowling performance to pick some early wickets.

Khawaja is on fire what a thunder storm from Sydney Thunder opening provided a good start and moving to more close to the target so now it is into very strong position and i think so it will be Strikers into this as like it playing very aggressive.
