Goodmorning, i got negative rating for the first time on this forum without any transaction, trade with the presumed HERO MEMBER.

If, i'm right - the term feedback means sharing your experience after each trade/transaction or dealing with a particular seller. This system of feedback/rating are most commonly used on auction site like ebay, amazon ..ecc

Modern day's forum now apply same techniques to help differentiate serious trader's from unserious one's.

I started few posted in regard's to selling already made app - i remember answering series of quesion yesterday from a particular member who seem to be in same niche.

All i got this morning was a negative feedback upon logging-in to my account this morning.

Now, here is my question :

Is it a crime to sell third-party app with source and copyright if, i'm authorize to do so?

There are lot of seller's who are offering to sell copyrighted application.

With due respect,i employ the support team of this forum to look into the issue.
Secondly,@EcuaMobi or whatsoever you call yourself be prepare because i'm coming after you. although, not in this forum

And with all respect to the member's of this forum a close look at his profile at :https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=169515
leave's me speechless on how he became a hero Member. Probably, he bought the account from a third-party and decided to intimidate people who are new to this forum.

You are not, anyone here can leave any feedback they like, unless its spam. The system is also not moderated, thus you have to clear the issue with the person that left the rating.

No, just provide proof that you are authorized and the rating will be removed. EcuaMobi is a reasonable person.

Sounds like a threat to me. Why would you threated someone if you have the rights to sell the software?

OP - look at your reaction!  You badmouthed him, threatened him, and left him negative feedback.

Why should he go out of his way to remove the feedback he left you now?  IMO it is legit feedback.

I suggest you mature for a while, and come back when you realize where you are.  This is not your house, we are not your parents, and we won't respond to your temper tantrum.

OP, you're auctioning an app starting at 0.01 BTC and all the information you gave is this:
Update : the mobile app's are 3D Racing Car

Pls, the attached snapshot will help you get a better of understanding of what the application is all about.

In regard's to related question about buyer having access to the source Code : YES
Copyright : YES

Thankshttps://drive.google.com/file/d/0B46m7XoI87RuaC1SWU55U1puUG8/view?usp=sharing

After a quick review of the images it's clear you took them from "Road Smash" (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.creativemobile.roadsmash). That app has more than 10 million downloads and was made by a Top developer. The copyright of that app is worth 100s or 1,000s of BTC. So there are only 2 options:
  • You just took the images from any app. You just lie and don't have intentions to deliver any valid code.
  • You decompiled/hacked the app and are selling the source code without anyone's permission.
It's not possible whatsoever you're authorized to sell that source code at 0.01 BTC (or 0.2 BTC BIN). You don't need to be an expert to realize your lying or scamming.

As Vod says the way you reacted instead of explaining and answering the questions on your thread just confirms you're lying.

I'm not rating your manners so although you insulted me, threatened me and lied about me of course I'll remove the trust I left if you prove you have authorization to sell that app at that price. And I will absolutely buy it!

OP, it's waste of your time and energy. Nobody will forgive you if you've done a mistake. Bitcointalk is like hell. If you do a simple mistake and say sorry, you'll be marked red as if you belong to hell. And Vod, EucaMobi, shorena, mexxer-2, Mitchell, etc. all are Jesus under the same roof! Cry Sorry for your loss mate.

We forgive simple mistakes all the time.  We don't forgive malicious intentions when people understand they are doing wrong.

Actually my room mate ignited the flame of making that app. He was always pushing me to try it in this forum. (I have managed to hack 2 members with this app on hackforums.net and was able to change the password because they were offline.) But in bitcointalk I thought he was offline because that green coloured online button was off, but I couldn't understand he had turned that off. (my friend told me later about it) Cry So this was my mistake. That friend is my enemy now because he had pushed me into this. So this is not my fault. Now, do you understand my mistake Vod? At least forgive me now! Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

So your "mistake" was not the act of hacking, which you seem to be proud of, but the failure to change the password and take the account over permanently?

And admitting of hacking two members on another forum is supposed to bring forgiveness?

I think your neg trust is a bit too low still.

And no one here loves you, I would add.

OP, the trust system has huge gaping flaws that allow the wind to pass right through, and the roof leaks but those folks who left you the feedback are on the so-called default trust list and, without kissing their asses, they in general did not get to be on such a list because they're untrustworthy.  I know for myself, a DT member's judgement carries far more weight when I'm evaluating whether someone is trustworthy--so are you selling stuff that you shouldn't be??  I'm definitely not qualified to weigh in on computer code or copyright issues.
