Gambling is frustrating but the problem that most people have is not knowing when to stop.  When they are losing money they want to break even so the spend more money and in most cases lose more and when they are winning they get greedy and try to win more but end up losing it all.  It's all about self control!

I getcha pain though fruit it is horrible when you lose and if it makes you feel like this when you lose you're probably playing with more than you can afford. I used to and it sucks.
You just need to take a look at Vegas to know how well the house does because that is what it was built from, if the house never had the edge it would not be open for business.

You need a break away from gambling buddy. We all have hot streaks & shitty streaks, don't get emotional about either extreme. The bookies/casinos win MOST of the time.

Just take some time away from gambling, do some fun stuff in RL & return when you're ok.

I don't know, i sometimes get the same feeling that you can't win, but guess what - i won ~0.19 btc just today ..
If it was provably fair casino, you have to realize that sometimes you get bust, and if it wan't, well why play there in the first place

It's not bad. Why don't you start learning poker or studying some sport and try to master it.
Those are skilled based, people can win at it, if they are good enough. It's not just about luck.

Anyway, for me gambling is supposed to be fun, so if you are getting pissed at it, maybe you should stop.

In order to win, you must first learn how to lose.

That probably doesn't make any sense. Anyway, as someone else posted above, learn how to play poker if you want to gamble. Poker is skill-based. As such, the more you improve your skills, the more likely you are to win. It takes time, but the opportunity is there if you put in the work.
