Bitcoin Watch (http://www.bitcoinwatch.com/) is now quoting Russian rubles in addition to existing currencies, via btcex.com.

I would like to translate Bitcoin Watch into Russian.

yes, btcex.com
if this would be translated into English , many more people would register and then we would get more liquidity into the market

Look in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen for the "EN" link on btcex.com.
