We have launched a few coins in the past and had some success.  We have also had some fall apart.  It is the nature of any ICO/IPO structure.  One of the hardest parts of launching a coin is getting listed on an exchange.  We recently had this same issue with a new coin that is very important to us.  At the same time, there are those that work hard mining new coins and even spend some money to do so and never see any of that come back.

For this reason we are launching a new exchange in one week.  ....

It's now ten days after that one week - what's happening?

While we could rush things along, we choose not to as this point.  We have a new coin that we presented and developed a few weeks back and we were using two VPS as nodes for the coin.  The reason I bring this up is because we have had numerous problems with both of those companies and it was those servers that was going to host the exchange.  What that means is that at this moment we are researching new VPS providers to ensure that we do not have issues with the exchange or the coins.  Our new coin was stuck "without a block source" for more than a day because the VPS would not stay running.  That could cause every one to lose their coins on an exchange.  We are prepared to pay people back if that is the case, but we want a long term site and not a pain in the butt venture that dies because of server issues.
