Paid for $750 Amazon GC on Dec. 17.  Delivery, which was promised for Dec. 18, did not happen.
My last PM communication with BitCoiner2012 was on Dec. 18 and BitCoiner2012 is ignoring my numerous PMs.

Apologies. Looking into the matter now for immediate resolution.

I have been indeed busy with that store. Things are coming along quite swimmingly, and if my thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=121383.msg1389087#msg1389087) wasn't mysteriously closed you'd actually be seeing some eye popping updates in what we've accomplished, though I hate to get off topic. Nothing is an excuse for latency in business, so I apologize in any fashion and as those that know me have come to understand, all shall be taken care of in short order to your satisfaction.

Issue is not yet resolved as the order got cancelled by Amazon according to BitCoiner2012.
After further conversation with BitCoincer2012, I am confident that the issue will get resolved, and I will lock the thread once it does.

Not yet resolved. Had issue with Amazon and that won't be fixed until the morning. IE Order was auto cancelled, but I have determined the issue from phone support and it requires further follow up. I have fully informed coinnewb regarding the matter over PM.
