where is the best place to do so quickly and with the least charges

where is the best place to do so quickly and with the least charges  

For that size of traction the best cash-out method might be to simply trade at MTGox's btc/GBP market and then do an international bank wire.  

You could break it up into multiple trades at various exchanges and perhaps come out a little better.  They are often individuals buying for cash through LocalBItcoins.

Or the bitcoin-otc marketplace also might help you find buyers.
