The problem is minor for everyone who don't have negative feedback like me.
If i tell the problem her it will increase the chance of getting identified by someone and cause negative feedback on that account.
If you are trusted enough then escrow the amount using btcrow.com and i will tell you the problem and the solution right away you get access to the account and release funds after that or hire a trusted escrow to do that.

you can do anything which don't risk you in getting scammed.

What is this problem with the account that will not affect the new owner, that doesn't really make reasonable amount of sense.
Off loading a problem just doesn't make it magically go away. If it has bad feedback, state it in the account details above.
