oh my, did i see 180btc???!!! that is a lot of btc. i am trying very hard to even make one btc. how you manage to get so many??
I bought and lost the 180 BTC over the past Year Site is offline now...
Nothing on twitter or any reply from emails.
Yeah I saw the site was down, I emailed as well. Haven't heard back yet. |

Is it normal for the site to go offline? I've dealt with the admin and never had this happen in the past. Payment was always fast and Tom is super friendly.

Hello everyone,
We're having some trouble with the site at the moment. It seems to be an issue with the hosting provider. Hopefully we can have this issue resolved soon.
We always pay out our jackpots. As soon as the site is back again we can pay out the 300 BTC jackpot that was recently hit.
I'm very sorry about the inconvenience and I'm sorry about the delay in contacting everyone about this.

At the moment we don't know. We are waiting to hear back from our hosting provider, which is extremely frustrating. We were under the impression that they would have 24/7 support but that doesn't appear to be the case. |

Live it too. Sorry tight slots and video poker but the graphics and playability is top notch. But it's been down for two days. I just want to play. This is my first choice but I like coin royale. I can't play. I'm not rich like all these guys so I just want to gamble. This happened to me v at coin royale but Victor gave me a bonus. Here nobody answers your questions. Simple yes or no would suffice. If they can't refund then I'm cool. I like the site just the customer service is a bit tardy. Victor from coin royale is on out within minutes. It's too bad that bvc had such a easy playing sure that never works or tells you that v they got hacked |

The site is now back up again. All accounts and wallets are fine and everything is operating normally.
I am extremely sorry about this inconvenience. I fully understand that it can be stressful when a site like this goes down, especially if you have credits on the server.
We have been around for almost three years now and I want to assure everyone that we would never do anything to cheat our users. We are 100% honest and legitimate here.
Sorry again for the trouble.
