Are there typos with results of the Hallowin-Leader board? Total prize pool is $5000 but the first winners: a0e2b1f03d, won 114.3917 BTC, and the last winner (7c1164764c) won 1.3901 BTC. Results look incorrect.

Hey tbct_mt2,

Those are the users' actual winnings in the games they played that landed them the respective spots on the leaderboard. After which the top 10 on the leaderboard won prizes mentioned on the promo page.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

I wonder what kind of tournament was that? Was it like tournament to win big in single bet or total winning of users? If it was a single bet winning tournament, why I cant see those winners under the big win list? But it is reasonable if those winners are not on the big win list if it was an overall winning tournament.
Sorry for asking as there is no information about what kind of tournament is that on your site as well as on your announcement in this thread unless I missed it.

this is your average wagering contest , players get prizes for the most wagered on certain games during a period of time
the problem here I see is with the wording they chose
winning is the totally wrong and confusing way to put it , should have been wagered or more descriptive , like total winnings during a session etc.
the leaderboard looks confusing as hell to an average bettor , 115 btc winning, what the heck  Grin
in reality , though , even 115 bitcoins wagered is huge , this means that the player is mathematically 1.5 bitcoins down due to the house edge
and he must have had a huge bank to wager such a big sum in the first place

Hey Bitinity,

Thanks for the question.

The Hallo-Win Leaderboard promotion was held at Bitcoin Video Casino to celebrate Halloween 2019.

The amount that you see are total winnings of the users within the span of the promotion.

User -snip-

I don't think it is good for you to reveal your username publicly like this, so better to remove it to avoid something bad for your account.
Although you have a great security on your account but since it is related to big amount of money then it is better if you send the username privately via pm.
By the way, you do not need to worry. It is common thing here at bitcoinvideocasino, it takes a bit longer than expected for withdrawal but I believe you'll get it eventually.

It's the blatant lying that bothers me.  Their website clearly states instant payouts.  If they don't pay out instantly 99% of the time,  then they shouldn't advertise that - end of story.  Instant payouts are a big selling tool and something that I know many high rollers look for.  So anything less than what they advertise to lure players in is totally unacceptable imo.

And before I hear an excuse like it's a holiday or something, I've personally had to wait on at least 30% of my payouts over the years if not more.  Eventually I always got paid though.  I personally just don't see the upside to advertising something you're not going to honor.  All it does is piss people off like me and we quit playing because we feel like someone isn't shooting straight with us.  It creates a negative when there doesn't have to be one.  Just advertise same day payouts, that's still attractive...

It's their business, they can do what they want.  No skin off my back.  But a little common sense would go a long way with these guys.  It's no surprise I usually see zero users nowadays.  They think their nickel and dime new promotions are going to get players back to the tables.  And it might be a step in the right direction. But I'm not touching this site with a 10 foot pole again until they do away with their disingenuous advertising.

Bitcoinvideocasino is one of the oldest casino sites which is still into business and have paid many jackpot amounts which are in double BTC figures.

Secondly, BVC is not the only one to advertise themselves having instant payouts but there are others also. There are certain situations where a site lockdowns their automatic withdrawal system i.e like in case of hacks, or say checking a multiple account user if a site doesn't allows it. I am sure there are reasons for setting a manual withdrawal against the user since they also have to protect themselves but if there isn't anything against you then you have nothing to worry about.

This is common with sites. Best thing is to understand and be patient not to start out throwing mud at a site.

Manual withdrawals aren't a problem. Lack of timely support is. Got a generic I will pass it on to admin email and that's it. That's not how you keep people who are betting significant sums.

Hey snooprock, as you've already mentioned that only a minor percentage of your payouts required a manual payout - which is understandable since it is our imperative that our users' funds are safe and secure 100% of the time. I apologize for the delays that you've had to face but believe it is in our users' best interest that we maintain the extra layers of security that are in place right now to ensure the maximum safety of all the funds going in & out.

Telegram groups are very easily to be compromised by scammers. I hope that the Bitcoin Video Poker team make enough strong and noticeable warnings for people. Newbies tend to be more easily scammed and the odds to be scammed in Telegram is higher.

It would be great if you can have a little popup on your site alerting user about your telegram and telling them to report any issues there if there case has gone unnoticed for a long time. You can add something like that to poll as well alerting the user just like you have right now.

30% is close to 1/3 of every withdrawal.   That's not exactly minor.

Telegram works amazingly when you need to reach someone very quickly, that part is not a lie. However even if you lets say didn't contact anyone from telegram, bitcoin video casino has always been true to their word, I don't remember any issues they ever had with any customer at all.

I am sure there must have been some abusers in the past who tried to trick and scam bitcoin video casino and they didn't allow it and that resulted with the scammer to act all innocent and of course tried to frame bitcoin video casino as the scammer when they are the real ones, it happens to everyone around the crypto casino world. We can't thank god enough that we have few places that are true to their word and never scam the customers, its really a shame we have to be this worried because there have been bad ones as well.

I don't call Bitcoin Video Casino is a scammer or scams in their Telegram group. Maybe you did misunderstood my post.

I say the team have to manage their group very careful because lots of scammers use Telegram as their favorite tool to scam blindly and naively people.

As always teams can not completely and solely protect their users by any sort of announcements, pinned messages or any tools. They only can help and give additional tools (announcements, pinned messages, and the others) to reduce the intensity of scammers in their groups.

They only can help and give additional tools (announcements, pinned messages, and the others) to reduce the intensity of scammers in their groups.

dang . if i didnt read this post i thought im going to believe that this site btc vid casino was a scam because i read the guy complain above but it turns out that im wrong and he is wrong too so sorry for that  but your statements were also correct  . on tg app many scammers are on there and they were always using tg to promote thier scam site or to scam other inoscenet people so we shall be aware before we join or visit any links and groups  .  stay safe   ...

Hey Bitinity,

Thanks for the question.

The Hallo-Win Leaderboard promotion was held at Bitcoin Video Casino to celebrate Halloween 2019.

The amount that you see are total winnings of the users within the span of the promotion.

Regards,
Bitcoin Video Casino

I'm sorry, but I missed the last event that was held on the site. I would like to know as much as possible about the next tournament. If possible, I would like to receive an email
