I am looking to build a service that uses bitcoin for the currency of the service. I don't want to go into too much detail here (we can do that in private), but here are a few of the functions:

1. Users need to be able to create accounts, with a deposit address for their account.
2. We use an API for an external service and use watch-only deposit addresses. SECURITY FIRST, NO HOT WALLET.
3. We need to be able to monitor the MT GOX USD price and send out e-mails or take other actions based on price movements.
4. We need an accurate transaction/accounting system to be able to queue and process offline withdrawals.
5. We need to incorporate google authenticator and yubi-key.
6. There will be a bidding type function. Sort of like an auction, but not exactly.

I need a first-class bitcoin programmer who can either make use of bitcoin APIs or bitcoind or armory, etc. I'd prefer an experienced programmer who has worked on bitcoin projects in the past. If you've never worked on anything bitcoin, I'd need to be convinced with some other project you've done.

Please send me a PM with details about past bitcoin projects (even if you just did stuff for fun), references, etc. Anything you can think of to convince me that you're the programmer for the job.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

An important note:

This is a paid project. I'm not asking for charity work. We're going to agree on a price and you will be paid. This project is fully funded.

Thank you to everyone who responded by PM. I'll keep this open for a few more days to collect a few more contacts.
