Buying Virtual Credit Card to Verify PAYPAL!.

Since my PAYPAL account is on red now I need another one. If somebody with Libery Reserve could buy me a VCC http://www.virtual-cc.com/en and give me the data I would be gratefull. I can give 0.60 BTC, at 18 U$D exchange is: 10.8 U$D. The VCC costs 7.50 U$D.

Paypal will limit your account and ask for documents if you add a VCC to it.
Its much better to buy a prepaid card in a mall, those have a better chance of not being blacklisted.
The ones sold by those sites are used to scam paypal so many times, the card number ranges are known to paypal.

Look, my first PP account was validated an year ago with those credit cards and I had no issues. if you can recommend me another web page that includes Prepaid cards to validate PAYPAL... because Im not from the US.
