I have recieved my 0.033 BTC in my betcoin.tm account, but when I try to withdraw, it asks me to confirm and once I do, nothing happens. I still have the balance and it does not go into the "Pending" section. Please fix this! |

I have recieved my 0.033 BTC in my betcoin.tm account, but when I try to withdraw, it asks me to confirm and once I do, nothing happens. I still have the balance and it does not go into the "Pending" section. Please fix this! Are you sure you just have 1 account at betcointm? Before i had this problem because i have 2 account there.. so thats why has this problem when cashout. You should contact their support.. well i admit to their support that i have 2 account and they unblocked me. So its all good. |

Why aren't the POSTS Counted for Sr/hero members? I mean if you are thinking of counting thier posts after 2 or 3 weaks does that mean they can post minimum posts in last weak and not consistently throughout the weak?

Relax man, for Sr.Member and Hero Member I will count post with a criteria that I've chosen. Don't worry. Every member of the campaign have to post quality post. Rules are valid for all member of campaign. |

Probably they are on holiday. They process the withdrawal manually. It takes time to complete it. Many ppl are successfully withdraw the money. You just need to patient and wait for them online. |

most casinos usually process withdrawals within 24hours coz they do it manually, give them time maybe they are still busy IRL  |

@betcointm, my withdrawal has not been processed for the past 2 days. The support keeps telling me that they will contact me on email but I still haven't been contacted and neither have I been able to withdraw. Can you please look into it ?
Do you have used form that I've posted? PM me and explain me your problem. Looking into this now. Sorry bout that! :/
