Is there anywhere I can go to buy .10btc like online for like 3$ paypal?

I dont want to drop a whole bunch of money I dont want to wait 6months to mine it, I just want a few fractions of a coin...

there are plenty of online exchange sites you can find if you use the google...

I worked out a good transaction for the .1 BTC with rustyspoon.  +1, will update if necessary.
