Same problem with last time the computer was unplugged and the Litedoge blockchain was corrupted.  For some reason your bootstraps just stay stuck and don't sync.   I am now synching from scratch unless there is some other way.   I tried the bootstrap above and didn't sync after two days. 

Luckily I have UPS for wallets that do this now.
