I'll pay with 100% verified paypal (friend or family)
My rate is 10% - 15%
Agree for escrow. Also for trusted user i go first

Its going to be very hard to find bitcoin sellers that accept payment from paypal unless your highly trusted.

Hi I will sell you my BTC, but only if you are willing to wait 190 days after sending me paypal so I know that you cant chargeback. Let me know if you are interested.

Even if you send as friends and family you can chargeback the transaction if you report it as unauthorized transaction.
