In which freelancer site ? I can do it for 15$ bitcoin but i have to look at which freelancer site you will be posting your job. Does they also pay to skrill ?

I think it's basically a Paypal -> BTC exchange... It's just to ensure that he doesnt chargeback, I think.

Looks like an exchange to me or the guy just want to have a credibility on the freelance site but he did not mention the freelance site he is working for this kind of task and can that paypal can be immediately withdraw it's gard to deal with paypal bitcoin exchange the bitcoin holder is always in the losing end

Ok guys the freelance site is and has always been in the title of this post. It is Upwork.com . This post was just a very simple exchange of funds for btc but with the pms I received somehow most people thought I was paying someone to do a real task . I am 'locking this post.May God have mercy on all you.
