I don't mean to be rude, but what do you have to back this prediction up? I can understand it if you are adjusting for the recent upswing in the Bitcoin price, but that seems just a bit too high for just over a year from now.

why not? it's a resoanable, prediction, it can happen this year

i'm only against it because i don't think january is a good month for a pump, usually pump, big pump, appear on the october/novemeber zone

750$ seems fair price after halving in july, and that china  buys bitcoins now, price should rise really fast, just i don't think that it will go to 1000$

Consensus reached and a lot of new BIPs and interesting additions being added. Segwit and lightning network coming soon that will solve the complains about transactions getting stuck, and absolutely 0 real competitors because all alts are just not as good as the Core dev team... many reasons to believe in the biggest moon you've ever seen.

i am predicting a price bigger than $700 for the next year (January, 2017) because i believe no matter the bubble happens or not the price is just going to keep on going up

I feek like it is binary, 1 hand i like picking a price above the previous ATH.  Another option could be we just stay in this sideway motion for a couple more years until some huge reason to go upwards happens.  Things like openbazaar if it works properly could help us since buyers and sellers on that network will generally hold more bitcoin than normal.

I have the similar feeling. I want to price to stay below $480 so that I can buy more before the price rises to $800.

850 can happen at the halving, in 2017 it might be above 1200 or 2k imho, when bitcoin move, it move really big

While I think the price could swing all over the place, I predict a price of $750 on January 1, 2017.

I totally agree with your price prediction. It could be even $800 as far as anyone knows. I think the high of $1100 will be broken again very soon. When? Nobody knows. But it's definitely gunna happen. Soon.

With the halving coming up it's gunna be interesting. Price already is rallying. Could rise even more after the halving.

Yeah, if we would think about demand and supply, by January 2017 price might jump higher than $700 per bitcoin or probably higher. But lets not forget about those who wants the price lower or those that will repeat Mr. hearn, cryptsy and satoshe. They are always around the community waiting for their moments.
