Tell she that she can easily buy bitcoins on the website localbitcoins.com. Just select the country and the payment method. Their security is very good and has an automated escrow.

hey told him to post a thread on currency exchange section.definitely he will find a bitcoin seller.also he can buy bitcoin from localbitcoins.he can try paxful there have option to Bitcoin Exchange via Credit Card or Deposit Bank transfer.thanks
