Curious: Who got Legendary status with the lowest activity?

I was just wondering about this. As far as I know, the algorithm works in a way that will ascend you to Legendary member if you are in a range of activity from 775 to 1030, being totally random when this happens in this period. Im just wondering if someone nailed it right on 775 and what are the chances of doing so.

It was easier in the beginning but now it is nearer to the end of the range.
I remember seeing a thread about the ones who got it earlier than others. I can't remember who was on the list though. Might want to search around here in meta for that to seek your answer.

I had a popular Russian forum give me a custom rank (i did not ask)
They gave me a colored name and the title "l33t cracker"
it used to get people asking a lot why / how.
