Hello OP
Paypal is a reversible payment system as against bitcoin. There is a vital risk in dealing with paypal even as an escrower.so it will be difficult to find someone willing to do this for u.But All the best!

Then Paypal is charged back and former BTC owner realizes escrow was useless in this case.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Obviously it's a risk. There is a reason why the escrow isn't touching the PayPal. Robertt (I'm assuming) just doesn't want someone running off with the BTC without paying the PayPal.

taking a break - expect delayed responses

I want to deal directly but the BTC seller insists on escrow.
I've done deals before higher than $13 so I'm not going to chargeback.
I send PayPal directly to btc seller after btc is in escrow,

You can chose anyone from the given list (The Big 5 ones are mostly preferred) but I don't think any escrow providers will accept your request due to PayPal's chargeback issues.

Instead, I refer you to b!z who's trading BTC for PayPal (if you are having the sole purpose of buying BTC as per I understand from OP) but you need build up some reputation first for this purpose due to it's considerable risks.
