What is it?
Navette is a prepaid Bitcoin exchange here in the Philippines, wherein customers can buy prepaid cards with Philippine Pesos
and redeem these codes in our website and send the Bitcoin amount to their respective wallets.

OR they can add a password to their cards within the Navette website and turn it into a small wallet which they can transfer
Philippine Pesos across each card, and in the future with a partnership with Greymore & Partners, a Dutch bank, may be used as a
Debit card in the Philippines -- or possibly going global!

Why?
Existing competitors are very few and do little to no work in marketing nor improving their service:
prepaidbitcoin.ph (extremely high fees and has almost no marketing done for the service).
Apart from that, we've found a potential huge target market that could turn the tide for us, where
we have been testing our strategy and business model on for around a month now.

In the future Navette will turn into a full wallet with apps,
and will also release a debit card powered by Bitcoin with the
help of a bank that is interested in working with CoEvolution Scientists.

I can practically say that the OP have good business plan though i dont know how viable this business might grow in Phillipine but the OP is a serious minded fellow.
He had provided his personal details to me and i guess anybody can ask him also, we can as well reach him on phone.

Our first target market were several tech involved universities in the country. 24/30 in average of our sample frame were interested in BUYING and USING cryptocurrencies, and out of that 24 an average of 8 wanted to build apps out of them but sadly current Bitcoin related companies here in the Philippines are not involved nor focused on the Philippine masses (students, middle class, unbanked, no bitcoin wallet)

Soon, we are planning to partner up with several physical bitcoin/paperwallet makers and we plan to make our own Navette Paperwallet Generator as well, to go with our Navette Micro Webwallet.

No, we do not yet have a physical office as indeed this is a /startup/. We're a group of developers and entrepreneurs, but of course as of now we have not raised enough capital to afford an office yet, but most of our operations can be done at home or anywhere with internet.
