You guys have been playing dumb about this for 4 years now.

For now on i am negging people for using the two combined.

You are not allowed to use Paypal with Crypto crap it says so in their TOS.. that you read when you sign up.

Most of you here already know this.
Continuing to do this just puts more new users at risk of having their account seized.

And places like this forum or exchanges like BTCe that permit it all should be ashamed for leading users into a trap.

I got the same email a user here got in 2012.. word for word.
When they catch you they send a part of the TOS in the email.

I negged one guy after he posted for some help today.
He admitted today was his 2nd time getting caught.
His Avatar message is "Buying Bitcoin with Paypal"
So he has been caught many times and he has a long Trust history of running a little business out of it.
That is the kind of guy i want to get a neg rating.

I had quoted him offering to help him get his money back.
he did not say thanks.. once.
He insisted he didn't care if he lost his money.
They called me a Troll, locked the topic then deleted all traces of him admitting it.
Then he PM'd me demanding i delete my quote.. of him admitting it asking for help etc.
Pretty obvious why..
He plans on still doing it.
Problem is the people involved with this guys are likely to get ripped off.
He deserves his neg rating because he knows better.. as do most of you here already.
This whole it's ok to do it .. just don't get caught routine is beyond stupid and irresponsible.

People should be reading the TOS.
People should be researching if using Paypal with Bitcoin is ok to do.
This forum should have a sticky notice warning people.
Exchanges like BTCe should not be offering services to cash out with Paypal.

Hey i am guilty too !
And i too had heard it was a bad idea etc.
BUT what made me do it was the fact that BTCe allowed users to cash out that way.
They are enabling the problem, leading users into a potential trap.
The BTCe account that paid me the money was of course flagged & investigated. (previously before me i assume)
It's not like BTCe doesn't know.. about Paypal's TOS

AND.. it turned out to be the one of the most frustrating experiences of my life !
I had spent close to 3 months fighting Paypal every single day over it all.

Believe it or not i am trying to save you all from a hellish nightmare.

Some of you may simply walk away when your caught abandoning your money saying who cares etc
But there is going to be people out there who can't or won't do that.. and THOSE guys are in for a fight !

I am not saying any of this to be a jerk.
i went thought FUCKING HELL i pretty much had a breakdown from being consumed with raw anger for 3 months.

You would not bloody believe the massive run around of bullshit they pulled on me.
They started by making endless demands and changing their story over & over..
After the months of appeasing them and begging etc in the end they unlocked my account but kept $700
That money was was suppose to be sent to Newegg for a PC parts purchase.
Newegg was waiting for months..
Paypal kept saying your account is unlocked (after i sent a signed affidavit admitting my Guilt)
Paypal kept saying we released the money go ask Newegg about it..
They were WRONG !
Newegg kept saying we did not get it and we're waiting (months)
My 3k of PC parts had shown up in days.. i could have walked off with the PC parts free of charge.
I fought Paypal to restore my good name with Newegg !

In the end after lots of harassment and months later i finally got the phase 2 fight dealt with.
Paypal finally admitted they kept $700 of the $5,000 they originally seized.
They released the money to Newegg and then Newegg was actually cool enough to unlock my account.
Newegg never blamed me for it or anything !

Guys i am trying to save you a colossal nightmare from hell.. trust me.

There is more to it than that but i am trying to keep it short.. trust me they fucked me and it was BAD !

Post a statement you Promise not to use Paypal + Crypto again and i will remove the negative rating.
Except for the main guy who posted in Off topic today asking for help.
Or just PM me the statement you will not do it anymore..

The main guy got a negative rating from me because of his WHOLE story.
He was running a Paypal / Bitcoin business luring in users..
He admitted to being caught more than once.
And he demanded i help him cover his tracks (via PM) so he could do it *at least* a 3rd time (maybe more)

Guys you don't know WHY these people are willing to use Paypal do you ?
Has it occurred to you all that a guy sitting with a bunch of money on Paypal may be a criminal ?
The main guy i am talking about admitted to being caught before.
So i'd guarantee he is hopping from Paypal account to account and keeps getting caught.
And he said.. I don't care i will take the money loss.. uhh WTF ?

So how has wesellcrypto.com gotten away with it for so long?

No idea.

I asked Paypal via email why is eBay users + Virwox was allowed to do it ? They ignored me of course.
They ask questions.. they don't answer them.

Point is ..You will get screwed and jerked around beyond belief.

I think it's a matter of them catching up to those doing it.

People they will trap you and corner you into admitting guilt via affidavit ..or you will not get you money back.

The TOS of paypal also says that you must be 18 or older to create an account but litterly anyone below the 18 can also have an account, because people use fake names, addresses and emails. I guess that a tiny amount of people have actually read their TOS.

U know that your negative rating would not have any impact on their trust, are you going to give negative reputations to the dark green trusted exchangers that use paypal?

Edit: Many people their account get locked if they are suspected to trade for btc. Then the users never unlocks his account and then PayPal has free money, I say it is a stupid company because they don't count a btc txid as a valid proof.

Thanks for warning though!!!
