You should understand that being a bad guy is not good and the negative rating is because to aware other users that it is risky to deal with you. It does not matter if it is only few or tons of negative trust it is still negative.

The rating is not important. IIRC I had 0 positive ratings when I was added. Mexxer-2 is on EcuaMobi's and hedgey73's List. Since both are on DT2, mexxer-2 is on DT3.

I can also see that tradefortress with a rating of -9999 is on DT2
