They're not legitimate Job giving consultancy ,has anyone heard of anyone who has got jobs through human resources ?NO.

Have you seen the website ? Its hardly a 2$ web design.Now why would someone want to spend so much money (bitcoins) for promotion when they don't even have a good website ? Most websites on the darknet(TOR) don't have great designs, there more utility driven.  Anyway it doesn't really seem like you have a great deal of proof other than someone had you send code to a guy who had a username that was the same as an alleged army recruiter.
