My idea was to "close" the incoming server to email coming from database signed as spamming, for rejecting them to sender. If mail arrive in my inbox and goes to spam folder probably, if i don't delete them,  in a few times my avalaible space on webmail will end!

That's not gonna work. That would be out of your hands as the servers that direct these mails are ISPs. For example when a mail is sent on your Google mail account it is stored and redirected through the Google's server. Whenever you access your gmail account it interacts with its parent Google server through your Internet service provider and checks if a new mail has arrived whether be it a spam or not. If the address listed in the mail is blacklisted or recognized as a spam by your preset preferences it is automatically withheld from reaching you. There's no way that the server itself can be set to reject an incoming mail without the help of company whose mailing services you are enjoying. Only they can do that.
