Well thats not a very good deal for myself. I can get bitcoin with cash via libertyx at 1% fee. MoneyGram fees are very high and if they suspect the transaction if for bitcoin they will shut your account down.

I did trade with some one who was from USA over 1 year without any issue.My friend got scammed as he did some trades via PayPal that's why he is out from bitcoin other wise i could sell to him.
