Medium priority tx with very very low fee according to the number of inputs and outputs. This may get confirmed in another few blocks.
However unconfirmed transactions can be returned back to the owner as well, so stopping the "confirmation process".. This means you investors continue depositing on program and then OP reverses the previous payment so that he has new deposits + old deposits. It may not be the case but just wanted to warn you all of the possible scam techniques.
