I think since the first scammer did a doubler site, they try to prove that:
1) they have a "secret" to make money;
2) part of this secret is: investing on ads, and investing into something that no one found yet (even if it is so much obvious);
3) using this "style" of insert manually (because they can't use some script to do this automatically like blockchain or some serious webpage does), it's a newbie style of design or a repeated template (like MMM did exhaustively);
4) their webpages are always up/down and the start period are always most newly than they affirm.
