There is no formal code (github) related with this project.

I still haven’t managed to contact the consultants with regards to this project. So be aware.

No clear definiton of the goals of the project.

Well, I had looked on it briefly and I must say that red flags were raised, and the points iterated here were very evident (look at the threads below and you'll see why.) If a sane person would use his due diligence and do his research, he won't get burned. BTW, thanks for the heads up on this one. Fishy scamcoin in the works without actual work progress posted publicly.

This is useful information for beginners. Where do they get the price of $ 1 per Solcert?

Dollar peg has failed, any peg is virtually impossible. Since it will be traded on the free market. The free market dictates any price is a reasonable price.
