Everyone that is currently mining at hodl.blockquarry.com please point some or all of your hashes to either solo mining or another pool, the blockquarry pool currently has more than 51% of the nethash which means they can perform the 51% attack https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Weaknesses#Attacker_has_a_lot_of_computing_power

While a 51% attack is much harder then is let on.. It is a great idea to spread out the hash.. We have 2 pools one with 2% fees and one with 1% fees.. And then we also still have Solo mining which for my servers is still doing well..

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Is there a list of hashrate for invidual cpu?  My 4770k is doing 170 h/s @3.9 GHZ.

Anyone knows which is the fastest cpu? and @ what hashrate?

How many core/thread does it have?  Core frequency has little impact on hashrate.

A few days ago, there was a seller auctioning off an engineering sample of a 24 cores/ 48 threads Xeon E5-26xx V4 for $700.
Wonder what the hashrate on that one.

Anyway, here the hashrate of all the cpu in my collection......
40 h/s per hyperthreaded core for Core I7 4700 series
    30 h/s per core for 3700 series
10 h/s per core for Pentium 3200 (2 core no hyperthread) series and 1st gen Core I7 series like the I7 920, 930, etc.....

Anyone else knowing hashrate for other cpu.  Please post your hashrate and cpu

Please forgive me if this is off topic

i posted before but I'm getting 150 h/s on my i5 6600k so that's about 37 per core. I mined a few blocks but with the current rise in the network rate I may stop mining, I haven't hit a block for nearly 3 days now running all day.

Probably a good strategy, let the bots mine it and do not support the price with buy orders. Kinda cool to be able to have bots compete with each other to support the network and let the price fall to a level that reflects that.

How can I tell the total amount of coin in 'deposit'?
Also, is there a way to view these stats publicly, so for example: duration, accounts, etc.

Same here, my last block found was 2 days ago.  Before that it was 3 days straight without a block.
Mining in a pool fare worse than solo mining.  At my hashrate getting about 1 Hodl/hour.

Yeah I was hashing at around 100 and was enjoying getting 50 hodl/day. Then the mining pool hit and nada for days on end.
Not worth keeping my computer on 24/7, stressing my cpu and heating up my computer. Much cheaper buying some hodl every week.
Too bad though cause I was enjoying contributing and checking everyday on how many nuts I got.

It's not public yet.. It's being worked on.. I can't give you the whole breakdown you asked for.. Just too much info.. But the total HOdled (deposited) is 1,120,259

Wow that pool really took off big time.  There's nearly 700 workers, its really dominating the network but it sort of screwed all the solo miners because I think it drove the difficulty up a lot

I agree at this point bots have stepped in. cpu mining is a dice roll, luck plays a factor too.

You guys see the volume on Yobit, its nearly 20 BTC of volume.  Huge.  I don't know if its real or bots or the dev or legit interest in the coin.  I really hope its the last one though lol.

Mobile core i5 4300U (ultra low voltage,  2 cores, 4 threads) 45H/s with aes-ni enabled on Arch Linux (built the miner from sources). Half of that without.

The last 3-4 generations of Intel core architecture CPUs support the new aes-ni instruction set, which in this case is very useful.
The GUI miner algo uses openssl to perform aes encryption. Newer openssl releases support aes-ni out of the box, so you might get ~2x speedup when mining on Linux
I'm willing to bet that Windows builds do not support it as I'm getting about 90H/s on a 4590 stock i5

Fluctuates a lot but here is what I got so far...

Intel 6600k 4.5Ghz 110 hash/s
Intel G630 2.7Ghz 12 hash/s
Intel 3570k 3.7Ghz 80 hash/s
AMD FX6300 4.8Ghz 120 hash/s

All results from hodlminer.

Seems like AMD CPUs are better.

200 with my 4790k 4400, probably more, i never used all the core because i'm gpu mining also, but it's not worth it, because with 200 you have only 33 coins per day, 330k satoshi equal to 0.1 month
btw OP can you put the miner in the first page?
