People who have been following the Bitcoin news recently will remember how Chinese exchange BTCC recently deployed an additional 100 nodes on the network. By spreading out these nodes all over the world, the Bitcoin network became a bit more decentralized than before. However, all of these Bitcoin nodes are hosted on Amazon Web Services, which is kind of centralizing the effort a bit.

It's not that big of a deal, right now. It might be when they are hosting even more nodes in the future through AWS where they don't speak about. Especially when other Chinese exchanges cooperate with BTCC in this case. I just hope other companies will follow and also host a certain amount of nodes somewhere in the world. If enough companies do this, then it will keep everything in balance.
