You are not an early adopter !  even getting in now is early.....  andreas antonopolous said anyone getting in now is still the lunitic fringe...... Grin  the early adopters are still to arrive

2009. Did I do anything about it? Er, no. I gave it a rapid browse, thought 'hmm, that's kind of interesting'. And then it vanished from my brain for a few more years again.

Around 2012 heard of it but never gave it must attention which is a shame for me!  then got back to it when there was a news story about some guy chucking out his hard drive which was worth a lot of money, this was 2013.

I first heard about Bitcoin halfway through 2013 and started to read into it by the end of that year. It took me a couple more months to buy my first portion of BTC, around February of 2014  Smiley.

Came to know about this in 2011, but was not able to buy them... Sad
Unlucky in few matters, but then heard back of it in 2013 when it surprised everyone with that huge spike...

I remember at the end 2009 when i had some small online business, one friend of mine told me to accept bitcoins for some items that i was selling... nah, we decided that we want fiat instead of bitcoins...obviously this was a bad decision...

Now back to 2014 the same friend and me, start to getting involved with bitcoin.

IMHO #1.b of suspects, Hal Finney is/was S.N.

That is a painful business opportunity you missed there.

Although, you probably wouldn't have kept the bitcoins anyway, you may have jumped on the wagon earlier than you did now.

I got aware of it in year 2014 and I learned that it was too late then to mine or buy it cheap. It pains me because I was online almost everyday from way earlier than that but was busy with other nonsense useless things.

Just read a thread somewhere on the forum and a guy mined 450 coins in year 2010 probably using his computer. Bitcoin changed life of early adopters completely.

I decide to don't flagellate myself anymore by thinking on it again and again, but yes, you are in truth.

Btw i'm pretty sure that we have yet a great opportunity, bitcoin just born....

Well, I think bitcoins has unlimited opportunities for everyone and scope beyond the expectations, I often wonder why government don't allow digital currency and crypto currency as legal.

Btw I came to know of bitcoins around 3 years back Smiley
