I don't think that's fair.
They just want to make money, it's not their fault if people want to sign up on a ponzi site.
You risk what you can afford to lose, no one is forcing anyone to sign up. How would you like it if you joined a signature campaign & someone just gives you a negative because they don't like the campaign

I advise you not to, you'll get a neg trust and it'll be a really unfortunate thing because once you got your first red, it'll be really difficult if you want to enter another sig.
We never know how long will this campaign end, and once it ended (with you getting a neg trust) then you'll be in a big trouble
