Banks may not disappear all but may evolve and follow the trend of whats is on that instant be it crypto currency or any other medium.Banks and owner will love to remain in business.
yes in start the are not going to disappear but later on when all the people of the world will start using bitcoin and when people will not give more preference to bitcoin then surely the use of banks will decrease, and the use of bitcoin will increase more and more. |

I think anything could happen, depending on market conditions, when there is no bank customer and everyone switched to the bitcoin and then bank will disappear soon.
For certain, it will not be sooner mate because banks have already established in our regulated financial institution. Government can easily trackdown financial transactions in fiat money versus bitcoin. but to me I think banks are only surviving because banks are present, when the interest of the people about banks will over then banks value will start decreasing, and on other side the value of bitcoin be increasing. Hmm, I never would have agreed if the bank will be a breeze. because the bank is a major Foundation in the integrity or stability of an economy of the bank. If the bank were replaced with bitcoin, then I am sure all countries using the system will surely experience a lot of losses and will eventually become a country with very little wealth. The currency for the transaction as usual, I think the best thing is bitcoin. Because in addition to providing benefits, bitcoin can also be an excellent tool to be used |

Yup, it will not disappear because it is one of the main foundation of money in every countries in the world. Even bitcoin is related to bank, why? If you sell your bitcoin and withdraw it, you have to use atm machines which will run by the banks, you can also withdraw in banks right? Like in our country. I think banks will never disappear, instead they can team up with bitcoin. |

Banks as in the bank where we deposit, withdraw or invests money. Might disappear but the main idea of banking might not disappear. Coin wallet is a form of a bank. We deposit money for it to have some, we withdraw coming from banks and sometimes we used it for investments. Bitcoin cannot make banks disappear because its only a currency only another form of a new idea bank might make banks disappear, but some people will treasure the old fashion way.

There is one difference, among others, between banks and bitcoin wallets though. The former may invest the money people deposited while the latter is a pure depository of bitcoin. |

Bitcoin has the ability and the power to make banks disappear. Bitcoin eliminates the middlemen during purchases, the consumer going directly to the source thus eliminating the need for middlemen. People will grow to trust Bitcoin more and will question the credibility of banks. In the future, alternative banking that does not involve banks will exist and persist. As Bitcoin grow in popularity, banks will have to compete and develop further to be able to survive. How? I don’t know, that’s their problem. But for now, banks are here to stay.

I guess it was really obvious bitcoin is the banks worst fear it can really make them bankrupt as bitcoin becoming more popular in all over the world so no doubt that it can but maybe we can still use bank for today in withdrawing money or withdrawing bitcoin and exchanging it in cash but sooner or later we when the time come that we can use bitcoin as a currency i guess cash will be useless in that that when we can invest in bitcoin and the same time we can use it as a currency.

yes you are right bitcoin cannot makes bank disappear because the popularity of bitcoin is not too much now that disappear bank and also the banks operate fiats and fiat are known by all the people in the world and however if the popularity of bitcoin in future will be like fiat so there is possibility to bank accept and adopt bitcoin. |

Banks must remain, though bitcoin is becoming very popular and has a huge market capitalization. However, bitcoin is potentially a shrinking lot of conventional money as well as digital.

Fiat cash will never be useless. People will still use fiat, no matter how much popular bitcoins become. Price stability is an issue. Using bitcoin as a sole currency will cause a chaos in economy. We will see deflation/inflation in economy. |

If Bitcoin gathers the traction it deserves it surely will make banks disappear. As we all know it already surparses banks in every sense. Untill we reach mainstream we won't see many banks disappear yet. But perhaps the banks are already feeling it. They fear Bitcoin and have good reason to. I say maybe ten years banks will have disappear a substantial amount.

I will just have to agree with the evolving part. But banks may disappear, actually many already did even without bitcoin yet. This banks, they also need the support from the people. Without it, they wont make any money which they use for investing also. They are just like your holders, bad thing is they profit more using the people money. That is why it doesnt really have that much use. It is just like a larger piggy bank. |

I think that it bitcoin will not make banks disappear because due to that we still use money in for the future. Same as gold, gold was the way of exchange before in centuries but now got replaced by money but still gold is still available. I do think it is just the same concept it might happen but that will be in a very far future. It is gonna be a lot of challenges that will be encounter when that happen but for me it is a possibility. |

Your saying banks will disappear because of bitcoin then your wrong do you think banks are running only because of fund transfer there is lots of purpose of bank where do you get loan if bank doesn't exist how about credit card how about your insurance schemes how about your savings . Yes banks will loose some of its profit but not it completely disappear
Yes banks will loose some of its profit but not it completely disappear. Bitcoin is a part of finance. Bitcoin won't replace or eliminate finance because it can't. and if the countries governments also adopted bitcoin and allowed their institutes to start using bitcoin then banks will also start to use bitcoin and at that tme the banks may not lose their profit but they will also earn the same amount which we are earning. |

That's impossible to happened because all banks were fully establish and I think even how famous the bitcoin they cannot make disappear the bank. In addition for the year past bank was strongly survive even their a lot of competitors in the market.

That is correct. Bank will never disappear anytime soon. They are already an institution in our financial market. One thing that is more certain and that is a collaboration of bitcoin to banks and not totally disappearing with the latter. Banks will never disappear as the majority in our marketplace is using fiat money and not bitcoin. |

I am sure that the rich bankers will want to put Bitcoin in their banks then borrow the peoples Bitcoin and eventually run with the coins when things get real. I honestly don’t like banks because they are only mooching from the people that actually have the money give their money to another person. |

Bitcoin make bank dissappear? In my opinion, bitcoin has now achieved its success at a very high price and is recognized almost worldwide. But in my opinion bitcoin will not be able to replace the bank because the bank is a financial institution as well as a very important to economic world
