Disregard of the volume, I had already decided to join the community on trading the markets this year as Bitcoins have been famous for its volatility, and this year we are witnessing the same again, so don't want to miss on this... Wink

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

To me family is more important so I will be away from my computer most of the time. But will definitely check the price on mobile once awhile...

Enjoy the festive season and all the best to everyone!

Same to you as well!

I will be doing the same thing, I'm holding for the long run anyway and I don't think we'll hit $1000 before the years ends so I would rather enjoy the time I got with my family.

I won't be abandoning my family this Christmas over a couple of bitcoins. I'm not selling until I see a solid $1500
Which will definitely be a long while so I got nothing to worry about for now. I will be enjoying my Christmas with my family which you all should be doing as well.

Merry Christmas to all!

Families are so important in my opinion, so you should try to spend time with your families, rather than trading Bitcoin. What ever price that bitcoin will get in next few days, you must spend some bitcoin for family.
I read many people awaiting for bigger price of bitcoin for celebration, if not hitting bigger price they are saying they will postpone the celebration to next year. That's not good idea in my view.

During holidays the price and value of bitcoin do increase. if you spend the time trading Bitcoin you are doing it for your family, so I think is a good idea to trade Bitcoin during holidays. But trading in the time of festivals will make your family members to feel frustrated.

Cannot agree to any of the opinions here cause you wont be spending 24x7 with family even if you leave the trading and else and neither you should spend a lot of time on it while on vacation or holidays.
lowering the effort could be the best option ,like a couple of hours a day .

It is probably a good idea, you will make profit out of it. Holidays are the best time for making trades, and bitcoin will surely rise in value due to less volume of traders. I have watched on Sundays price go high. But I have not tried to trade as I do not get any trading calls on Sunday.

During Christmas and new year there will be less trading for obvious reasons, but the hardcore traders who are trading every day won't stop at these days or do a bit more easy trading. They just see profits. Thin volumes will make it easier to manipulate the market.

Yes, I don’t think this year $500 must be very good price for bitcoin. Now itself bitcoin is in it's better price. Instead of waiting for higher prices, you should spend the time with your family, rather than trading Bitcoin. Holidays are the best time to spend with your family.

yes it is totally worth to trade some over the holiday because things will go wild these day which are great chances for traders to make some. At the moment, the price of bitcoin is decreasing fast so you had better buy some now

There will be alot of volatility during christmas. Hopefully for the better, though.

It will be highly lucrative, but it's really risky. Read up, and stay safe, and you'll be a very, very rich man/woman. :3

looking for a signature campaign, dm me for that

To me it would depend on what the value of bitcoin is during Christmas and New years. I'm not too worried about it until bitcoin reaches $1000.
I won't sell below that price, so until then it doesn't really matter to me what the price is. The bitcoin market comes with it's highs and lows. I'm trying to ignore the lows, and if I can, I'll buy with the lows.

The volatility of bitcoin is quite low in historical terms. The price is around $440 for about a month now. I do not think the Chinese New Year will affect the price a lot.

We were not talking about "CHINESE" New Year, but New Year which everyone celebrates...
I hate when people just talk "CHINESE" all the time... Wink
Why are we all here if we are to discuss them only most of the time???
They are not the only reason why Bitcoins are successful, we are also a big part of it...
