You need to pay because there is no way someone give you something for free. I think from his stat the pick is like a gurantee win match so you can follow his prediction to earn more. May be there are so many free tipster out there but do you believe them? See his record and compared to coiviser I dont think they can match his record The wins are all odds < 1.5...and great odds, like the above 5.00 is often a loss. I think that's what he's referring to.
