drop any of your experience here, or any helpful tips

Thanks

Yeah, I'm in Canada also. My bank wants a stupid amount of $ for a wire transfer.

Has anyone tried sending cash or check to Mt. Gox? Seems like it would take too long and the price is rising fast...

You should really come to #bitcoin-cad.
Don't expect this to be instantaneous, but you should be able to buy/sell at the current price.
Interac is by far the best way to deal with Bitcoin (until we get a true exchange), and this is how to get the most of it https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Secure_Trading-CAD-interac.

Hopefully I'll have more cash soon!
Gotta catch'em all!

I've sent cash to the madhatter repeatedly with no trouble.

Annona ad! Please keep in mind that there is nothing wrong with Bitcoin itself. All it's scandals are caused by wonky websites and sleazy people exploiting it. The light attracts bugs.

When all this bullshit drys up and blows away, Bitcoin will be stronger than ever.

Buy LR through Nanaimo-gold.com with cash/interac email at 4% then fund your own MtGox trading account with it
