add the HitBTC scam, pls. they wont let your withdraw fiat even after sending all the documents they ask. they'll say they are reviewing it and they'll never answer. they're pure shit Smiley
Is this accusation based on any evidence? I believe a thread with all the necessary evidence should be created and discussed with other forum members before jumping the gun.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

well, i can get the emails if you want me to.

I sent the documents they wanted and they kept asking weird stuff.

a document with my name and Iban on it, which i got from the bank and sent.
the document needed to be in english, which i got from the bank and sent
then the document need to be signed by a bank clerk, which i got and sent
then the document needed to be rubber stamped, which i got and sent

after all this bullshit, they never emailed me back and never replied to my multiple emails on the subject. they didnt aprove or deny it... they just left me in Limbo. you'll find similiar situations by googling "HitBTC scam". if you go there, BTC and LTC to fiat trade as 10%+ premium, want to know how? people want to get their crypto back, because they can't withdraw fiat.

HitBTC is a complete scam. they didnt steal my money (which i would not be supprised if they did), they just promote a service they do not have which is fiat support.

-snip-
I see, googled and had a look at a few of the threads about them and it seems the account used to represent them has been tagged by sho and TC. In that case it would be a good idea to include them in the list, the link to their official thread's here: here

I will take my chances and say that he is high or something as he is clearly admitting that HashOcean is a scam then he is asking people to recover their funds from it... which make no sense. Another thing is the use of .tk domain which of course any professional company won't do , the comment in the YouTube video is probably one of his friends too.

I don't add faucets to this list as there is nothing to invest into. This is made clear on the OP:
Faucets will also not be added to this list.
Apologies.

Paxful shouldn't be on this list. I've been trading on Paxful for over a year now, without problems. Of course, I ran into people on the platform that are scammers a few times (just like on Localbitcoins), but the Paxful moderators have always resolved disputes fair and quickly, and were responsive when I reported scammers.

Regarding the references given, they all seem to be from people that didn't use 2FA. That makes your account very vulnerable for hacking.

Over 2,400 BTC is traded every week on Paxful. They don't deserve to be on a list of scammers.

Agree. Paxful is a peer to peer trading site no different than LocalBitcoins. I have made over 1400 trades on Paxful and rarely have problems. When I do, Marcos is able to help me.

I have not had any issues with the site Paxful.
I have had to block many of the users.

they use bitgo, and some have had problems with withdraws getting delayed.

keep your trade in escrow.

when you withdraw send it to your own wallet, especially for time sensitive transactions.

use 2fa,
don't use tor.  especially if you don't know the exit node operator.

I don't know whether or not this is the right place but you should add coince as well.
They recently added 10 days pack with $500 minimum to invest and now after 3 days I haven't received my last withdraw.
However I only putted very small amount but just telling so people stop investing if they had any plans to do so.

I will not remove Paxful from the list entirely, however considering the amount of replies I have received I will place it on the 'Pending' list until further notice. Thank you all.

I don't add obvious Ponzi scams to the list, please read the OP before replying.

Added to the list, thank you.

After a quick look around the site I can't find any place to deposit money, it seems they are just offering investment advice. Do you have any specific link as to where they're taking deposits?

No, we don't ask to send coin to us on our wallet. Each customers is free to decide broker where put his money (we only suggest to chek first on www.forexpeacearmy.com for see if broker is trustable) . We are working for website update, that is really poor.

Thank
