Getting added by an exchange doesn't mean the launch is successful, actually in this specific case it raises a lot of questions.

Hey Shapetwist,

Actually being listed on coinmarketcap would give much more visibility.
Distribution may raises questions. But it seemed obvious for us that we won't commit suicide by mass selling the premine. Even if we wished to do so, there is no actual buy force able to buy 550 000 FRN at any decent price. This simply don't make sense.

We built a full project, including a full information website with 200+ articles, got three different trademarks for names and logos. Hours and hours of work. None of the people here seems to realize what quality actually costs.

Anyway we got it and we'll find a way to relax things.
I'll follow up later.

We will suspend 540.000 FRN up to April 25th. In 4 months.

After this, 50% of the premined coins will be released. This will represent approximately 19-20% of the total coin supply.
Keep in mind the premine is shared between 4 holders. The resting 50% will be released next year.

I hold 20.000 FRN, and this was dedicated to the Paypal service which I'm in charge. I think I can lower it to 10.000 FRN. That should be enough untill April.

Now we'll check the most secure way to implement this.

To ensure I get what you are saying:

- 540k premined FRN (out of 550k premined FRN total), those 540k will be timelocked in the code
- 270k of the premined, timelocked coins (50%) will be released on April 25th 2016 (thats in 3 months btw Wink )
- the remaining 270k will be released on January 1st 2017

Did I get that right? Smiley

Well, I know what quality costs. At the current mining cost your quality is over top notch, which is to say: way overvalued.

I hope you do the right thing and listen to the community. Good luck.

I think you were nicely hinted by Crypto_Towelie that MAX_MONEY is not for limiting the supply.

That's right.

Pretty good step then, people should feel a bit more confident to buy/hold/trade and/or follow the coin now. I'll try to grab a few to satisfy my gambling needs  Smiley.

From Dev Max_money is just a sanity check for transactions. The actual total coins is determined by the emission schedule, which is:

261350*20 for the first 2 years.
261350*20 same amount over the next ~122 years or so.
Plus the 5% premine

Subsidy halves every 261350 blocks (approx 2 years worth). Distribution looks as follows:

Year 2: 50% of coins mined
Year 4: 75% of coins mined
Year 6: 87.5% of coins mined

Minus about 20*200 for initial blocks that didn't rewarded anything. All totaled up, it comes in at slightly under 11 000 000.

We encounter some errors with a few Mac wallet users, issue seems to be related with the machines having a 1st gen Core i3/5/7 processor or an older Core2 processor. Unfortunately these are missing AVX instructions which mean wallets we compile will not work on them.

Due to not having an older machine we currently cannot change. If someone could help please PM me.

Hey !

No I'm not. That's why I couldn't really answer for sure when you pointed this out.
I'm actually handling few different things in the project but not sure I'll last long as the community manager. We may find someone better for that job Cheesy

I'll have a busy week-end so I'll follow up later.
Thanks.
