If he can prove he has coins, then he can send them *first* can't he eh?

If he says he doesn't want to send first, then there's no way of knowing if he has coins to send.

(Besides, checking wallet addresses for previous uses is very easy to accomplish)

I'm not evade to use middle man or escrow or what ever , but the problem that i'm new to this forums , i was a legit member in another forums and the trades was going depend on members reputations , but now , no way since they closed the CE section . also i'm not sure if i exchanged to paypal in this forums , does that put me in risk , because i can't trust someone if i'm new to here or that's not even easy to you to trust me , i think i will get out this forums , and i will not do a deal

Why don't you post your HF UID so we can all look it up? And the screenshot proves nothing because I can just as easily screenshot someone's feedback here with no proof or evidence to back it up.
Also, change your HF signature and add the message "Hi, BCT UID: [UID]" you can find your bitcointalk UID at Profile > Stats > URL.
