So I try to withdraw my recent purchase and it says:

There is a temporary hold on your account due to a recent deposit.

This should clear automatically in 2-3 business days in most cases. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I'm getting the exact same error, trying to withdraw BTC. I transferred using Dwolla, made two payments on Dec 12th and one on Dec 13th. I bought BTC almost instantly and started trying to withdraw ever since, no luck.

I used their service before, transferred using Dwolla, and had no problems withdrawing the BTC.

I opened two tickets (many days ago), tweeted them, no response. I'm quite frustrated at this point.ß

They just notified me of releasing my hold; nothing required on my part

kool

I asked and they said this:

"Our filter uses several criteria to flag accounts - let's try couple of transfers and if it flags you again I can go talk to the developers."

To me it seems they flagged me because:

I deposited from Dwolla and within 30 minutes bought BTC and tried to withdraw that BTC right away

LOL "suspicious activity" is defined by buying bitcoins really quickly after a dwolla deposit. That is funny.

To me it seems they flagged me because:

I was also just notified that my BTC have been freed. Took more than 20 days.

I did the same thing: transferred from Dwolla, bought BTC, and tried to transfer BTC out...
