4 hours and 16 confirmations, but no BTC on my Trezor

hi all
someone please let me know how to check or if i should worry

usually when i send BTC to my trezor, the unconfirmed transaction shows up quickly

However, i sent BTC to my trezor and its not showing anything
when i check on blockchain.info, it shows the transaction with 16 confirmations
it has now been 4 hours
i have sent an email to support@bitcointrezor.com but am waiting a reply

Have you paid any fee with the transaction? If not then it will not be send and it will be returned to the address where u tried to send from.
If u paid a low fee, then it will confirm within a few days, if u paid normal fees, then i don't know the problem..

yes i paid a fee
i make many transactions exactly the same way (daily)
and they usually appear very quickly (unconfirmed)

but this one transaction simply does not show on mytrezor
but shows 16 confirmations on blockchain.info

address is all correct etc.

and confirmed on my actual trezor

anyone know how long trezor support take to reply ?

Are you using mytrezor.com or beta.mytrezor.com? Or are you using any other wallets?
