buy out..??.. no it needs to be handed over FOR FREE.. vern should not financially benefit from the issues he caused to many people We all know that is not gonna happen. I am not sure what type of company is Cryptsy but I suspect it is limited liability company which means this type of business provides its owners liability protection against company actions and debt similar to a corporation. In short, he won't pay anything to anyone as a result of his failure. |

someone that is competent enough, bittrex guy never faced an hacking attempt, and poloniex did faced it but he refunded everything by his own pocket
they are more qualificated to run a similar thing, but the truth is that we don't need another crappy unsafe exchange

These people are the only one who can do this. They can benefit from the cryptsy clients now. Because other companies could not benefit or turn this huge debt into a profit. |

I'd say this is a given, but I've been blown away by stupidity in the business world before and it wouldn't surprise me to not see this happen. I don't think Cryptsy is going to survive in its current form anyway. All the trust is gone, and who's going to use an exchange that pulled all of this kind of bullshit? I won't say Mark Zuckerburg. Not a bad idea tho. |
