Been about 12months since I last heard anything about the BFL fall out. Given Cryptsy's recent debarcle, anyone know what happened to Josh and crew in the end?

Well, considering that Bitcoin technically has no regulations, there isn't technically a whole lot that can be done. I could be very easily messing this up, but I would think there is no way for anyone to really be charged for anything.

The last I heard there was a class action suit... I filled out the form but never heard from the Law Firm...
The new schedule says the trial date will be May 2nd, 2016
