When I wanted to check a transaction it goes to white screen saying:
Maximum connections have occurred.
Never seen that in my life.  Embarrassed
What is happening to blockchain? Is it too much transactions for it too handle at one time  Roll Eyes

Blockchain.info is simply reading the blockchain file like other website do ... So I'd assume that that message is either coming from too much traffic (a lot of people visiting the website) or website is being DDOSED.

It just means that blockchain.info has too many people trying to look stuff up. I get it all the time. Just wait a couple seconds and it should go away.

I thought something was up. I was withdrawing from my account and it always puts the hash up almost instantly but this it took 25 minutes to show up and that isn't even seeing 0 confirmations.

I've got no problem visiting blockchain.info right now.
Maybe you press to many times F5 (refreshed)
A few days I had the same (too many connections from your iP).

The webpage had too many requests to its service. It can be a lot of users wanting to see its transaction, it occurs sometimes. You can use other website to see transactions like blockr.io

I can confirm this happen by IP.

Either use a proxy or try blocker.io. Blockchain has this irritating habbit to block you after 10 refresh within a short time frame.

Maximum concurrent requests for this endpoint reached. Please try again shortly.

Indeed, the server can't request the data. It's not DDoS attack or something hijack.
Use other block explorer is better now.

It is normal for me now. You can choose alternative for block explorer, like https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC.
