i also tried to contact their support , but they never replied me i think it is their tactic or something , also a lot of my dogecoins around thousands of them hacked were transmitted to the dogecoin wallet which was owned by block.io

https://dogechain.info/address/D7EH1Vpbjx3Rxo1ntK1ZQhhCs1ZzTSatfB

this wallet is owned by block.io but when i tried to message them i never got a reply.

i don't know also i tried chatting on their free node chat , but nobody responded.

free node link - https://webchat.freenode.net/

channel - #block.io

but it is a good feature that they lock the account off in three attempts , also they have a 2 fac , which i have turned on , other wallets which don't have 2 fac are vulnerable .

the security features are good but support is very bad and late replying .

does anyone have a link for their forum topic in bitcointalk.Huh

Almost 1 month trying to reach their support and nothing. No response at all and their server is not sending 2FA access code to email.  Angry This site is real scam!

Sure, if they ignore you guys, it must be a scam.

also my new wallet got locked out and i have 2 fac setup , but its a good wallet with low fees but the support is worse they haven't replied in more than 4-5 months now.

i have about 0.0001 btc there almost all of my wallets get hacked but block.io is safe with two fac turned on , but the support is frustating .!!!

weeks ok but months.Huh you must be kidding me , i heard the guy who had 2 bitcoins got fast support , lol i think they only process peoples request who they can get high fees from.

i don't know and have no hope if i am ever gonna get my btc back Sad !!!

i hope i will just choose a new wallet with 2 fac for my next btc ventures.

they replied in one day , but they haven't replied anything about the hacking .

Create your own thread.

Continue requesting support for information and keep us updated there. After you get back your bitcoins (or not) you should switch to an alternative source. Perhaps a desktop wallet? (You should already be using one at this point, by the way)

At the very least, having another thread prevent future potential users from accessing the site (if it does turn rogue) would help others from being in the same scenario as you.

I don't know if it is worth to create another thread, my problem is explained in previous page of this thread. I think 1 active thread could help more than 100 of inactive threads with 2 or 3 replies.
