Hey guys

I made a few Radium signatures for different user levels. Feel free to add them to your signature!

While Tm and JJ are working hard on the next releases, it might be a good idea to bring new people into RADS.
Maybe it's a good idea to start a signature campaign? I'm willing to chip in a few RADS for people who use a radium signature for a few weeks?!
Let me know what you think and if you're willing to donate a few coins to the cause as well, maybe we can set something up.

Amazing how stable the price has been since it's been introduced to Poloniex. The same could be said about the Price.

Check this out

Volume wise it's been in the millionare's club, but the price hasn't changed yet. Usually this happens before a massive pump.

I agree clearly there is accumulation and the whale or whales have been keeping a lid on the price around 80-100k. I assume they will pump hell out of the price probably in line with some news out of Radium...I get that cool. But I honestly think they are damaging the project. Once a pump comes it could easily deflate just as quickly cause people have got used to it being much cheaper and will see its a simple pump rather than steady progress. The greed of those doing this could backfire and I ask them to seriously think about stopping now and at least let the price run a bit more naturally. I saw something like this is Qora and in the end the whale got trapped in a coin no one believed in. Now is the time for FCT and RAD type projects but give it a month or two you will have a million loosely labelled smart chain projects come out of the woodwork and RADS will never find its time to grow. I screamed this at the Qora whale and the community for months and then they got trapped in a low vol coin no one cared about cause there was a million similar projects.

This whale makes no sense to me. They could buy up the sell wall to .001 and get 60btc worth. How much exactly do they need? If there is someone with too many coins it isn't good for sentiment. By the way my advice to Qora community I gave and they shouted me down was just bluff the whale and start buying and don't stop buying. If they dump then keep on buying and pretty soon they know their game is up and they will lose if they keep dumping cheap.

The only reason i have not bought with both hands now at these prices is cause I already have and am out of btc. Factom is 22m market cap now, RADS could be at those levels in time and more. When this pops its gonna be MASSIVE.

What does RADS do that Factom can't? Also, doesn't Factom have first mover advantage?

What does RADS do that Factom can't? Also, doesn't Factom have first mover advantage?
Here are some advantages of Factom:
- First mover advantage in some areas
- Large capital to work with
- Anchored in the Bitcoin blockchain
- Microsoft Azure

Here are some advantages of the Radium SmartChain:
- Anchored into the Radium blockchain, which is a secure and non-bloated PoS chain that has been running for nearly a year
- The base currency, Radium, was fairly distributed with PoW and PoS. No ICO or premine.
- Functions on the Radium SmartChain are carried out with the use of Radon, a non-fungible asset, which rewards those who stake Radium
- SmartChain aliases/users
- SmartChain document storage
- SmartChain verification
- Radon asset transfer
- One Click Verify
- Some of the most user friendly software in the cryptocurrency industry
- All SmartChain services are 100% decentralized
- All SmartChain functions are highly compressed, while retaining cryptographic security, thus reducing blockchain bloat
- Project Radon is always growing and adding services

Let me know if there's anything I missed on either side.
I would like to note that we are not seeking to compete with Factom directly. Rather, we would like to see all projects flourish in a mutually beneficial environment. Factom has been very warm and welcoming to us, therefore, we are very warm and welcoming to them. As a community, please do not show any hostility towards them. When everyone works together, great things can be accomplished.

Aside from that i was really impressed by the number of developers working on radium. Anyone who has doubts of radiums future success should look at slack and view the activity.

Great response. I believe in the people that are involved with Rads. It is a project with roots.
Keep up the great work!

I've been saying to people for a while that these kind of crypto projects are not a zero sum game. I think some of the thinking of crypto as a currency is spilling over into the idea of projects like this that simply use crypto as more a 'fuel' in a decentralised project. Its funny thinking first moving advantage is that important to long term usage of these platforms, its like saying there will be one internet explorer or only one email service. There is absolutely no reason that a number of similar projects can't do really well in what will become a billion dollar industry. I think RADS seems very different to Factom which seems to me more the corporate version while RADs is more the average user, though of course RADS can still pick up big contracts just as easily. In the end it will all be about how much people use it and that looks promising for Radium.
